All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY/SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

AAAVAPE will no longer be shipping with FedEx due to international compliance issues related to the prohibiting of electronic cigarettes, vaping liquids, and other vaping products within the FedEx global network. Most of the goods will shipped by DHL.

 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

 

       3. CUSTOMS FEE

 

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and any storage fees locally assessed during the clearance process.

Packages are subjected to be returned to our warehouse if fees are not paid in the allotted time your country allows for standard clearance.

 

  1. HOLIDAY SHIPMENT

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

 

  1. SHIPMENT DELAY

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

  1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

AAAVAPE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping 

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
